1. About us
Dhaaga Tribe is a hand block printed fashion label crafted in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This website is operated by Dhagaa Tribe, a partnership firm based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or using this site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order with us.
3. Products and pricing
We try our best to display colours, prints, and product details accurately. Since our garments are hand block printed, slight variation from the images shown is normal and not a defect. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
4. Orders and payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We currently accept prepaid orders only. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. We currently ship within India only.
6. Exchanges and refunds
We do not offer returns. Exchanges are accepted only as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including designs, prints, images, logos, and text, belongs to Dhaaga Tribe and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
8. User conduct
You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfering with the site, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
