Refund policy

At Dhaaga Tribe, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how our exchange process works.

Free size exchange, no returns

We do not offer returns or refunds. If the size isn't right, we will exchange your piece for another size free of charge, within 7 days of delivery, provided the garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact. Exchanges are for size only; we are unable to exchange for a different style or colour.

How to request an exchange

Message us on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. We will guide you through the next steps.

Pickup and delivery for size exchanges

Size exchanges are free. We cover the reverse pickup and the shipping of your new size, so there is nothing extra to pay.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we will resolve it at no extra cost to you.
