Refund policy

At Dhaaga Tribe, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how our exchange process works.

Exchanges only, no returns

We do not offer returns or refunds. We offer exchanges only, within 7 days of delivery, provided the garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

How to request an exchange

Message us on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for exchange. We will guide you through the next steps.

Reverse shipping

A nominal fee applies to cover reverse shipping for exchanges.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we will resolve it at no extra cost to you.
