Common questions
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days. Delivery typically takes 8–10 working days, and depending on your location can take up to 14 days — we try our level best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We'll send any updates via your order chat, email, and phone number.
What is your exchange policy?
We don't offer returns — only exchanges, within 7 days of delivery, provided the garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact. A nominal fee applies to cover reverse shipping. Drop us a message on WhatsApp or email to initiate.
I'm unsure about sizing — can you help?
Absolutely. Check our Size Guide to measure yourself, or WhatsApp us your measurements (bust, waist, hip, height) and we'll recommend the right size. We'd rather help you get it right than have you return it.
Do you do custom orders or alterations?
We don't offer alterations or made-to-measure changes — every piece ships exactly as designed. Unsure about fit? Check our Size Guide or WhatsApp us your measurements before ordering and we'll help you pick the right size. For bulk or wholesale enquiries, email us with your requirements.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we're currently shipping within India only. International shipping is on the roadmap. If you're outside India, drop us a message and we'll do our best to find a way.
